- Abstract:
The article aims to analyze the digital empowerment as university integration strategy, business and public policy for endogenous development. It is based on the principles of Guitert (2013), Negroponte (2010), Perez (2012), among others. Methodologically it is based on a positivist scientific paradigm descriptive with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design field. The population consisted of (22) subject to the following characteristics: active in the academic, business and political sectors in the Department of Sucre Colombia. Among the results, it is concluded that there are weaknesses in the strategies and intervention phases and the performance of activities that promote local sustainability. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

El artículo tiene como finalidad analizar el empoderamiento digital como estrategia de integración universidad, empresa y políticas públicas para el desarrollo endógeno. Se sustenta en los postulados de Guitert (2013), Negroponte (2010), Pérez (2012), entre otros. Metodológicamente se basa en un paradigma científicopositivista, de tipo descriptivo con un diseño no experimental, transversal, de campo. La población estuvo conformada por (22) sujetos con las siguientes características: activos en los sectores universitario, empresarial y político en el Departamento de Sucre- Colombia. Entre los resultados se concluye que existen debilidades en las estrategias y fases de integración así como la realización de actividades que propicien la sostenibilidad local. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
