PERSPECTIVAS CIENTIFICAS DEL SISTEMA JURIDICO AMBIENTAL COLOMBIANO.

The general objective of this research is based on analyzing the Colombian environmental legal system from a scientific perspective. In this work, an analysis of the aspects related to this study problem is carried out. The research is descriptive, comprehensive and interpretive. He was able to conclude that yes in Colombia, at present, that it has important legislative modifications that lead to the development of measures of sustainability in the environment and that respond to modern policies that can serve as a basis for the legislations of other States. Este trabajo tiene como propósito analizar el sistema jurídico ambiental colombiano. Actualmente este país cuenta con una legislación ambiental de amplio alcance interno e internacional, lo cual denota la garantía como deber del Estado de los ciudadanos en término de la protección de sus riquezas naturales como derecho y bienestar de goce de un ambiente sano, teniendo en cuenta el equilibrio ecológico, la seguridad y salubridad pública, así como la prevención de desastre. La investigación es de tipo descriptiva, comprensiva e interpretativa. Pudo concluirse que efectivamente en Colombia realiza importantes modificaciones legislativas que han conllevado al desarrollo de las medidas de sostenibilidad en el ambiente y que responden a políticas modernas que pueden servir de base para las legislaciones de otros Estados.
