      The objective was to describe public policies, innovation and territorial development in Sonora, Mexico. The contributions of Luna, (2017), Ramírez, (2019) and Avilez, (2019) were used. The type of research was descriptive, with a field study. The survey technique was applied, and the interview as an instrument. Based on the territorial diagnosis, the priority economic model was determined and a strategic project was designed. The results allowed identifying value networks of bovine products such as meat and milk. The experience allowed us to understand that territorial development must be approached from a transdisciplinary perspective. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

      El objetivo fue describir las políticas públicas, la innovación y el desarrollo territorial en Sonora, México. Se utilizaron los aportes de Luna, (2017), Ramírez, (2019) y Avilez, (2019). El tipo de investigación fue descriptiva, con un estudio de campo. Se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta, y como instrumento la entrevista. Con base en el diagnóstico territorial, se determinó el modelo económico prioritario y se diseñó un proyecto estratégico. Los resultados permitieron identificar redes de valor de productos bovinos tales como la carne, y la leche. La experiencia permitió comprender que el desarrollo territorial debe abordarse desde una visión transdisciplinaria. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
