- Abstract:
The objective of this article was to assess the socio-emotional and cognitive skills of organizations in the chemical industrial sector, in situations of risk and uncertainty. Methodologically, the study conforms to a mixed investigation according to Ochoa, Nava and Fusil (2020). Among the main results is the domain of socioemotional skills (50%) over cognitive (26%), and techniques (24%); the factors that intervene in them are: leadership, attitudes, knowledge, individual and team work, as well as worker learning, verifying the hypothesis regarding the assessment of social-emotional and cognitive skills. El objetivo del presente artículo fue valorar las habilidades socioemocionales y cognitivas de organizaciones del sector industrial químico, ante situaciones de riesgo e incertidumbre. Metodológicamente el estudio se ajusta a una investigación mixta de acuerdo con Ochoa, Nava y Fusil (2020). Entre los principales resultados se tiene el dominio de las habilidades socioemocionales (50%) por sobre las cognitivas (26%), y técnicas (24%); los factores que intervienen en ellas son: el liderazgo, las actitudes, conocimientos, el trabajo individual y en equipo, así como el aprendizaje del trabajador, verificando la hipótesis en cuanto a la valoración de las habilidades socioemocionales y cognitivas.
