      The objective of the research was to determine the reactivation strategies of the small and medium industries (PyMIS) of the auto parts sector of the Carabobo State in the new normality, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. It was based on the contributions of Castillo (2015), Carrión, Zula and Castillo (2016) and others. The quantitative method was applied, using the technique of the written survey, and participant observation. The results allow to establish as main reactivation strategies: Increase in telework, increase in inventories, reduction of just-in-time operations, and reengineering of supply chains (more towards local or regional).       El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar las estrategias de reactivación de las pequeñas y medianas industrias (PyMIS) del sector autopartes del Estado Carabobo en la nueva normalidad, producto de la pandemia COVID-19. Se fundamentó con los aportes de Castillo (2015), Carrión, Zula y Castillo (2016) entre otros. Se aplicó el método cuantitativo, utilizando la técnica de la encuesta escrita, y la observación participante. Los resultados permiten establecer como principales estrategias de reactivación: Incremento del teletrabajo, incremento en los inventarios, reducción de las operaciones justo a tiempo, y reingeniería en las cadenas de suministros (más hacia lo local o regional).
