      The objective of the research was to describe a value proposition for the University Dr. Jose Gregorio Hernandez (UJGH) in Maracaibo Venezuela. Contributions from Colcha and Contreras (2019), Mollenhauer, Moraga and Bernasconi (2020) among others were used. The research was descriptive with a field design. The instrument used was a questionnaire applied to 20 individuals assigned to each of the key departments of the institution. The results indicate that the virtual campus of the (UJGH) will be used to offer 5 virtual courses, which will allow attending 84 undergraduate students from different faculties.       El objetivo de la investigación fue describir una propuesta de valor para Universidad Dr. José Gregorio Hernández (UJGH) en Maracaibo Venezuela. Se utilizaron los aportes de Colcha y Contreras (2019), Mollenhauer, Moraga y Bernasconi (2020) entre otros. La investigación fue de tipo descriptiva con diseño de campo. El instrumento utilizado fue un cuestionario aplicado a 20 individuos adscritos a cada uno de los departamentos claves de la institución. Los resultados indican que se utilizará el campus virtual de la (UJGH), para ofrecer 5 cursos virtuales, que permitirán atender a 84 estudiantes de pregrado de distintas facultades.
