- Abstract:
The objective was to describe the organizational climate and the quality of service from the beginning of the fraternity. The research was descriptive with a documentary design. The instrument was the content analysis matrix. The results indicate that organizational coexistence could be affected by the little practice of values; Meanwhile, the work exercise will project a better quality of service, if the processes are carried out in a harmonious environment; reason for which it is concluded that it is necessary to consider the importance of promoting the principle of fraternity as a key factor to positively relate the personnel. El objetivo fue describir el clima organizacional y la calidad del servicio desde el principio de la fraternidad. La investigación fue descriptiva con diseño documental. El instrumento fue la matriz de análisis de contenido. Los resultados indican que la convivencia organizacional, pudiera verse afectada ante la poca práctica de valores, entre tanto el ejercicio laboral proyectará una mejor calidad de servicio, si los procesos se realizan bajo un ambiente de armonía; razón por la cual se concluye que es necesario considerar la importancia del impulso del principio de la fraternidad, como factor clave para relacionar favorablemente al personal.
