      This article arises from research carried out in 2010, where taken as reference the case of ISS for the social security sector, we applied an instrument comprising four variables (structure, culture, processes and change) in order to assess whether prior to these organizational redesign are reviewed by managers or employees they were in charge. Was denoted that while some variables are prized by the organizations, the depth is varied in the company, according to previous experience. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

      Este articulo surgió a partir de una investigación llevada a cabo en 2010, en la que se tomó como referencia el caso del ISS correspondiente al sector de la seguridad social. Se aplicó un instrumento conformado por cuatro variables (estructura, cultura, procesos y cambio) con el propósito de valorar si previamente al rediseño organizacional estas son analizadas por los gerentes o colaboradores que estuvieran a cargo. Se observó que si bien algunas variables son apreciadas por las organizaciones, en la empresa el grado de profundidad es diverso, según la propia experiencia previa. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
