      Company's business cycles are dynamic. Company faces periods of expansion stagnation and crisis during business Employees in a company need to be trained, experienced and ready to face any situation. It is especially impatant to make appropriate decisions and set effective goals in crisis situations, when one has to think and react fast. Every company needs to have business goals that they aspire to achieve. In normal situations business goals are i dear, precise and are accomplished on daily basis. However, during a crisis the main goal is to prevent the company from bankruptcy or to prevent negative P consequences. Managers have a duty to minimize the a impact of crisis and to handle crisis period. Capability of the necessary adoption to changes and to-make i important decisions is the key to crisis management. Even though business people have clear created a personal and professional goals, sometimes those u goals have to be adapted to new surroundings or i completely changed. Professionals are exposed to e stressful situations because they make important g decision and that is why it's important to work in a o team. That is what happens during a crisis. Reacting u and making the correct choices must be done in order o the save the company It is in these situations that the m capability and achievement of effective goals comes to to light in a short period.       Poslovni ciklasi kanpanijama su dinamičam Takom poslovanja kompanija se susreće sa periodima ekspanzije, stagnacije i krize. Zaposlenici u kompanijama trebaju biti obučeni iskusni i spremni za bilo koju situaciju. Posebno je važno donijeti primjerene odluke i postaviti učinkovite ciljeve u kriznim situacijama, kada se mora brzo misliti i djelovati. Svaka kompanija treba imati poslovne ciljeve koje želi ostvariti. U normalnim uslovima poslovanja ciljevi su jasni, precizni i ispunjavaju se na dnevnoj osnovi Međutim, tokom krize glavni cilj je spasiti kompaniju od bankrota ili umanjiti negativne posljedice. Menadžeri imaju zadatak minimizirati uticaj krize i savladati krizni period. Sposobnost nužnog adaptiranja na promjene i smjelo donošenje važnih odluka je ključ kriznog menadžmenta. Iako poslovni ljudi imaju jasno kreirane lične i profesionaine ciljeve ponekad moraju te ciljeve prilagoditi novim okolnostima ili potpuno promijeniti Poslovni ljudi su izloženi stresnim situacijama jer donose važne odluke i zato je važno raditi u timu. To se dogada tokom krize. Mora se brzo reagovati i moraju se donijeti prave odlike kako bi se spasila kompanija.
