The 'Causa Donandi' in Classical Roman Law. (English)
    • Abstract:
The following work relates to one of the elements that make up the concept of donation non-mortis causa in classical roman Law. According to me, one of them is the so-called "causa donandi", explained by traditional romanists as a subjective intention to donate. However, this paper aims to inquire about the contrary doctrine, that is to say on the idea the "causa" of the donation is objective. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
    • Abstract:
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
