- Abstract:
The article describes the managerial competencies of project management managers in the small and medium-sized enterprises as the Eastern Coast of the Lake. The method used was holopraxic; we worked with 12 managers of the municipality Lagunillas. The survey technique was used and the questionnaire as an instrument. The results indicated that managers have medium skills for project management. Of the three competencies that a manager must possess, two of them are moderately developed, these are the skills of knowledge and attitudes; On the other hand, skills competencies are highly developed. El artículo describe las competencias gerenciales de los gerentes de la gestión de proyectos en las pequeñas y medianas empresas de la Costa Oriental del Lago. El método utilizado fue el holopráxico; se trabajó con 12 gerentes del municipio Lagunillas. Se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados indicaron que los gerentes poseen medianas competencias para el manejo de proyectos. De las tres competencias que debe poseer un gerente dos de ellas son medianamente desarrolladas, estas son las competencias de conocimientos y de actitudes; por otra parte, las competencias de habilidades las tienen altamente desarrolladas.
