      In a pandemic, companies are facing declining economic activity. The basic principles of crisis management are complemented by new insights into the disturbances in the local, regional and global markets. Crisis management allows companies to respond to emerging even ts characterized by threats to company business activities, short decision-making time to prevent larger business losses, and the need to review the revenue profile for positioning in the short and long term. A successful response to the crisis requires a proactive approach of the company to the resulting business conditions, in order to identify the key areas of impact of the crisis and create a matrix of the importance of business recovery activities. Changes in the way we do business also require new approaches to human resource management The aim of this paper is to identify the basic elements to be taken in crisis management in a company. The logical sequence of crisis management accelerates decision-making processes, and includes planning, forming a crisis team, a crisis communication plan and maintaining a crisis management program.       U uslovima pandemije kompanije se suočavaju sa padom ekonomskih aktivnosti. Osnovni principi upravljanja krizama dopunjavaju se novim spoznajama o nastalim poremećajima na lokalnom, regionalnom i globalnom tržištu Krizni menadžment omogućava kompanijama da odgovore na nastale dogadaje koje odlikuje prijetnja kompanijskim poslovnim aktivnostima kratko vrijeme za odlučivanje u cilju sprječavanja većih poslovnih gubitaka, kao i potreba za preispitivanjem prihodnog profila za pozicioniranje u kratkom i dužem roku. Za uspješan odgovor na krizu potreban je proaktivan pristup kompanije nastalim uvjetima poslovanja, kako bi se identificirala ključna područja utjecaja krize i sačinila matrica važnosti aktivnosti za oporavak poslovanja. Promjene u načinu poslovanja zahtijevaju i nove pristup upravljanju ljudskim resursima. Cilj ovog rada je identificirati osnovne clemente koji se trebaju uzeti pri upravljanju krizama u kompaniji. Logički slijed upravljanja krizom ubrzava procese odlučivanja, a obuhvata planiranje, formiranje kriznog tima, plan kriznog komuniciranja i održavanje programa upravljanja krizom [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
