The study is a part of one deeper study on the Roman Law about the slaves and personae alieni iuris presented in its evolution. The accent is mainly on the emergence of the limited liability of the pater familias/dominus in the case of contracts with pecuniary property. It is a study for the place of the actio de peculio among the other actiones adjectitiae qualitatis, the notion of the merx pexuliaris and the concessio particulii. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

L'étude comprend une partie d'une étude plus approfondie sur le pécule romain des esclaves et des personae alieni iuris présenté dans son évolution. L'accent est mis principalement sur l'émergence de la responsabilité limitée du pater familias/dominus en cas de contrats conclus avec des biens péculiaires. On étudie la place de l'actio de peculio parmi les autres actiones adjectitiae qualitatis, la notion de la merx pexuliaris et la concessio peculii. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
