QUALITY OF THE PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICE OF THE UNIVERSITY PROFESSOR. (English)

This article describes the quality of the pedagogical practices of the university professor. The contributions of Álvarez (2015), Mas and Olmos (2016), Carrillo, Forgiony, Rivera, Bonilla, Montanchez and Alarcón (2018), Tobón Pimienta Herrera Juárez and Hernández (2018) Mármol (2019) Arreola, Palmares and Ávila (2019), Macanchí, Orozco and Campoverde (2020) were used. The type of research was descriptive with a documentary design. The technique used was content analysis, and a Category Matrix was designed. The results allow us to conclude that the university professor must possess attributes or competencies and handle certain quality criteria that guide their work. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

El presente artículo describe la calidad de las prácticas pedagógicas del docente universitario. Se utilizaron los aportes de Álvarez (2015), Mas y Olmos (2016), Carrillo, Forgiony, Rivera, Bonilla, Montanchez y Alarcón (2018), Tobón Pimienta Herrera Juárez y Hernández (2018) Mármol (2019) Arreola, Palmares y Ávila (2019), Macanchí, Orozco y Campoverde (2020). El tipo de investigación fue descriptiva con diseño documental. La técnica utilizada fue el análisis de contenido y se diseñó una Matriz de Categorías.
