INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES IN KNOWLEDGE SOCIETY. (English)

The objective of the article was to describe Information and Communication Technologies and their relationship with the Knowledge Society. The contributions of Tobón, Guzmán, Hernández and Cardona (2015), Flores, Aguilar, Hernández, Salazar, Pinillos, Pérez (2017) Cruz, Pozo, Aushay and Arias (2019), Bernal and Rodríguez (2019), Urueta (2019), Mujica, (2019) were used. The type of research was descriptive with a documentary design. The technique used was content analysis, and a category matrix was designed as an instrument. The results obtained allow us to conclude that new technologies are required for the advancement of all aspects of the social context. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

El objetivo del artículo fue describir las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación y su relación con la Sociedad del Conocimiento. Se utilizaron los aportes de Tobón, Guzmán, Hernández y Cardona (2015), Flores, Aguilar, Hernández, Salazar, Pinillos, Pérez (2017) Cruz, Pozo, Aushay y Arias (2019), Bernal y Rodríguez (2019), Urueta (2019), Mujica, (2019). El tipo de investigación fue descriptiva con diseño documental. La técnica utilizada fue el análisis de contenido, y se diseñó una matriz de categorías como instrumento.
