      The objective was to determine the relationship between Organizational Communication and Conflict Resolution in primary basic education, San Francisco municipality, Zulia state, Venezuela. The research was classified as descriptive, with a field design. A 39-item questionnaire was administered. The Cronbach's Alpha formula was applied, whose coefficients per variable were 0.942 and 0.919, indicating that the instrument is highly reliable. A Spearman correlation of 0.686 was obtained, its positive sign indicates that as the values of the Organizational Communication variable increase, Conflict Resolution increases in a moderate way with a high tendency.       El objetivo fue determinar la relación entre la Comunicación Organizacional y la Solución de Conflictos en educación básica primaria, municipio San Francisco del estado Zulia, Venezuela. La investigación se tipificó como descriptiva, con diseño de campo. Se administró un cuestionario de 39 ítems. Se aplicó la fórmula Alfa de Cronbach, cuyos coeficientes por variable fueron 0,942 y 0,919, indicando que el instrumento es altamente confiable. Se obtuvo una correlación de Spearman de 0,686, su signo positivo indica que a medida que aumentan los valores de la variable Comunicación Organizacional aumenta de forma media moderada con tendencia alta la Solución de Conflictos.
