      The objective was to describe the management of knowledge, creativity and innovation in Venezuelan university education. The contributions of Mariscal (2016), Rivas (2017), Arévalo, Ñájera and Piñero (2018), Marulanda, Valencia and Marín (2019) were used. The research was descriptive with a documentary design. The instrument used was the category matrix. The results show that the creativity and innovation requirements are essential to achieve efficient and effective knowledge management. It is concluded that in Venezuelan university education creative and innovative actions, with the use of ICT, occupy a preponderant and important place. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

      El objetivo fue describir la gestión del conocimiento, creatividad e innovación en la educación universitaria venezolana. Se utilizaron los aportes de Mariscal (2016), Rivas (2017), Arévalo, Ñájera y Piñero (2018), Marulanda, Valencia y Marín (2019). La investigación fue descriptiva con diseño documental. El instrumento utilizado fue la matriz de categorías. Los resultados evidencian que los requerimientos de creatividad e innovación son esenciales para lograr una gestión eficiente y eficaz del conocimiento. Se concluye que en la educación universitaria venezolana las acciones creativas e innovadoras, con el uso de las TIC'S ocupan un lugar preponderante e importante. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
