VENEZUELAN ENTREPRENEURS: RECONSTRUCTION OF VISIONS IN FACE OF NEW REALITIES. (English)

The objective was to characterize Venezuelan entrepreneurs according to the psychosocial changes present during the migration process. The research was descriptive, with a field design. As a data collection instrument, the questionnaire was applied to a sample of one hundred people inside and outside of Venezuela. As a result, the generation of two complementary visions of the Venezuelan entrepreneur was obtained: the migrant and the resident in the country. It is highlighted how the influence of the environment can alter psychosocial traits; however, importance is attached to the ability to manage the uncertainty, technological skills, and resilience. El objetivo fue caracterizar los emprendedores venezolanos, de acuerdo con los cambios psicosociales presentes durante el proceso de migración. La investigación fue descriptiva, con diseño de campo. Como instrumento de recolección de datos se aplicó el cuestionario en una muestra de cien personas dentro y fuera de Venezuela. Como resultado se obtuvo, la generación de dos visiones complementarias del emprendedor venezolano, el migrante y el residente en el país. Se destaca como la influencia del entorno puede alterar los rasgos psicosociales; sin embargo, se asigna importancia a la capacidad de manejo de lo incierto, las competencias tecnológicas y la resiliencia.
