    • Subject Terms:
    • Abstract:
The objective was to describe the information management process in public institutions of higher education in Venezuela during covid-19. It was based on the contributions of Cárdenas, Wilches, Santana and Núñez (2018), Barzaga, Vélez, Nevárez and Arroyo (2019), López (2020) among others. The research had a qualitative approach, of a descriptive type, and with a documentary design. The instrument used was the category matrix. The results allow us to conclude that the information management process in non-university contexts is not only the responsibility of the authorities, but a joint effort of all the actors.
