    • Subject Terms:
    • Abstract:
The objective of the research was to analyze bioethics, organizational reinvention and the Covid-19 pandemic. The contributions of Andino (2020), Fierro (2020), Arbeláez and Villasmil (2020), Sanabria (2019) and Valencia (2019) were used. The research was from an interpretive perspective, using the category matrix with content analysis as a technique. The results indicate that the pandemic has caused inevitable changes in organizations, which is why it is necessary to promote transformations from bioethics, where the improvement of the lifestyle of workers, more flexible working hours, and the adoption of shared biosafety measures can be highlighted.
