      The objective was to describe the classroom manager's strategies for the development of creativity in an early education institution at Maracaibo municipality, Zulia state, Venezuela. It was based on Blanco (2017), Camilloni (2019), among others. Methodologically, the positivist paradigm was used; the type of research was descriptive with a non-experimental field design. The total sample of the population consisted of 54 subjects discriminated into (48) teachers, (06) managers. A questionnaire consisting of (45) items was administered. The results allowed the classroom manager to suggest strategies, aimed at developing playful activities, to enhance creativity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

      El objetivo fue describir las estrategias del gerente de aula para el desarrollo de la creatividad en una institución de educación inicial en el municipio Maracaibo, estado Zulia, Venezuela. Se fundamentó con Blanco (2017), Camilloni (2019), entre otros. Metodológicamente se utilizó el paradigma positivista; el tipo de investigación fue descriptiva con diseño no experimental de campo. La muestra total de la población fue de 54 sujetos discriminados en (48) docentes, (06) directivos. Se administró un cuestionario constituido por (45) ítems. Los resultados permitieron sugerir estrategias al gerente de aula, orientadas a desarrollar las actividades lúdicas, para potenciar la creatividad. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
