This article shows the link between the Hall-Tonna values analysis model and the Ignatian pedagogical paradigm. It describes how the model can be a key learning tool for the development of the four qualities that are the objective of Jesuit education: to form conscious, competent, compassionate and committed people. This supports the transformation of the schools of the Society of Jesus into organizations that learn.
