      Se describen los servicios de gestión del conocimiento de Accenture, así como los objetivos y retos que se plantea este departamento, siempre alineados con la entidad madre. El reto es alcanzar la gestión del conocimiento implícito de sus profesionales, en un entorno cambiante y competitivo que requiere más que nunca unas buenas directrices en la gestión del “conocimiento”.The services of Accenture’s knowledge management department are discussed, together with the objectives and goals set by it, which are always in line with those of the parent company. The challenge is to attain the management of implicit knowledge held by the company’s professionals, against a competitive and changing landscape that, more than ever, requires guidelines for managing “knowledge”.
